My son had wonderful care! The Dr. and RN's were kind, had great bedside manor. They all kept us informed off what was going on and what they were testing for. I will never go to another hospital.
Management needs to hire additional janitorial staff. Waiting four hours for a clean room after recovery was to long to wait. If family and visitors are expected to wait eight hours in the waiting room, then seating should be better. The coffee pot in the waiting room was not operational. Nursing staff is very caring.
Wesley Medical Center is the only place I will take my family for medical care because of the competence and the compassion shown by their staff!
I'm from MISSISSIPPI...SO VISITING MY AUNT IN THERE WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE...THE TECHNOLOGY WAS OUTSTANDING..IN BUILDING 3 the 4th floor RN ONLY WORKED ON THE FLOOR AND DOCTORS AMAZING..SHOUTOUT TO THE RNS...THEY DID TOTAL CARE THEY WORKED TOGETHER AND THEY DIDN'T LET THEIR TITLES..REFLECT THAT THEY WERE ABOVE CHANGING SHEETS..DOING A BATH..OR JUST OFFERING A BEDPAN...I WAS IMPRESSED..I'M A CNA AND UNFORTUNATELY WHERE I WORK...TITLES GO TO NURSES HEAD...The caring and compassion your nurse's showed and illustrates toward ... read more

I think Wesley hospital has the worsed waiting time for paitentst to get to there room. 5 hrs wait to see my son. They need to get it together house keeping. It should not take that long. I was housekeeper at Lawrence LMH. That was on call for. Get it together.
The nurses were amazing, made sure I was comfortable and warm. Always asked if I wanted anything different to drink. Just so caring and thoughtful.
Had my son here 4 years ago. It was an emergency c-section. So impressed with the nurses' after care. Made a scary experience as easy as possible. So many thanks!
This has been a tough road & am still on it, but must say "These Dr's & Nurses have actually truly taken their time & cared for me unlike other hospital's which has just run me out". I was born here & here again right before my 35 birthday & will be here on it. I wouldn't ask or have ever seen or been to a better hopistal w the most caring & loving staff...

I was treated very well by the entire Wesley staff that I dealt with. That MRI machine is loud.
