I felt like I was in good hands. Thank you for making my emergency room stay way better than it couldve been.
They have such a wonderful staff whether it is the nurses, doctors, or people who work in the cafe.
The emergency room wait was almost nonexistent, the staff was amazing! We were in and out within 2 hrs including xrays!
I had a very short wait, even though with the pain I was in was over the top! The nurse was great very nice and caring. The PA checked me came up with an excellent plan and got it done. Very please with all the care I have gotten at Wesley period. Great hospital.
I got great service from the Wound Care Clinic. But when it came time for the bill, I got one from Wesley after all my visits were long done and over with. Then a month later I got one from the Wound Care Clinic, followed by another from Wesley. Only the first one actually said what it was for. Your billing procedures need to be looked at, and see whether or not you're accidentally scamming the people who go there.
Being in a hospital room for 6 hours with a VERY VERY busy boy isn't easy. There were constantly nurses and staff checking on us. Bringing him play dough and a movie was just amazing! The fact that everyone came to his room to do his tests made it even better. Def the best service we've had ever, and we've been to Dr's and Dr's and more drs. Thank you for making him feel special!!!
