Great place. Highly recommended Dr. Roger's and his PA. My dad had a total shoulder replacement on Monday. They treated him great. I got text and calls before, during, and after the surgery, letting me know everything that was going on. The staff was awesome. He did stay overnight, and the nurses took very good care of him. If he moved, 3 nurses would come running. They were very friendly and were very sweet to him. My brother came to the ER after a construction site injury - 4 broken ribs and a severe forehead contusion. The nursing staff was incredibly indifferent and rude as I had to repeatedly beg and plead for the most basic provisions, a pillow to make him more comfortable, ice chips for his dehydration. I finally brought a neck pillow from my car and got ice from the cafeteria. There was ZERO EFFORT to extend the basic decency to help clean the caked blood off his face and hands. My sister is in here and I have to say that the care team has been so good to her. The doctors are working to find out what going on with her. I am well pleased with her care.
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!! NC state insurance dept needs to come and do something about these doctors. My husband had an infection in his foot. 2/26 at 12 noon we went here. William L Scheving, MD misdiagnosed it as just a callus. Even I could tell it was infected. His foot was green and yellow. Lucky he got into see another foot doctor same day at 2pm. Wish I could give 0 stars. Mom had surgery early morning, has been in recovery most of the day, we were told over an hour ago they were moving her to a room and still no word. Lady at front desk is absolutely unhelpful.
