Lance came this morning. At first I was just so happy to have somebody here to fix my furnace, I didn’t think about the fact he was not wearing a mask when he entered my house. I thought about it after I was outside for a little bit, came back in and asked if he was wearing one (his back was to me). He said they only put one on at the request of the customer. RecommendedWe used Wesley for the first time a couple years ago after our furnace stopped working in the dead of winter with a newborn baby at home. After another company failed to fix the issue, I gave Wesley a call and they immediately sent a tech out. He was super nice, communicated everything thoroughly, went above and beyond! Wesley is now the first people we call when we need any work on our furnace or AC unit. They've been amazing every time!
I used to be a devoted client, however, my recent experience with their new comfort specialist, Gary, has been very disappointing. When Leon did the comfort assessment for the furnace at my rental property 8 months ago, he called me when the bids were ready, came over and explained each bid, and went over exactly what work would be done. Thank you to Don (and another tech whose name I did not catch) for helping right away with repairing gas leaks WPS found. Other places said I would’ve had to wait days to weeks, Wesley’s showed up a half hour after I called. Ended up being a much bigger project than expected as more problems were found, but they took the time to make sure everything was fixed. Very appreciative of their hard work and help, and will recommend/use them in the future if needed!
There phone systems are not working often in Oshkosh. Just had a tech come a few weeks ago because my heat stopped working. He had no clue as to why it did not work. He cleaning it and it worked for a day. Called again today and phones are down again. Maybe invest in a cell phone?? Also any other place I’ve used they bill you. Air conditioner stopped running July 4th (93° with 75+ dew point). We called Wesley Heating and Cooling the next morning at 9am and before 11am service technician Don had arrived, diagnosed the problem and had our air conditioner back up and running. Fast and accurate service. We will definitely be life long customers of Wesley Heating and Cooling! 👍👍
