The clinic looks really run down and dirty, Front desk have no idea what they’re doing and constantly asking questions to someone hiding in the back - most be in training but most definitely will not come back
Drs should enter, wash hands, put on NEW gloves, check ears, nose and throat, and continue the Dr appt. Patients should be given a robe to change.

Terrible terrible clinic and the front desk people are rude to patients. They are unprofessional when the talk to patients. The front desk people don’t know what are they doing. This clinic is a joke.
