While waiting to see doctor I was threatened and thrown out by the tall security guard as he continually kept calling me racial names for no reason.
The workers work hard, but there are problems, no question. Their work gets overloaded, and they get confused easily. Stay on top of them if you want your time reduced. Expect the wait to vary depending on what you go in there for. The place has a lingering odor because of the homeless population in that area. I went there for convenience and not to go further in the city, but I will not return. got sabotaged to stay without a place because my adap and my low income and housing applications that Sara Herrick made me sign on docu signs with my email don’t exist in Rosa Ayala’s world, case manager from this place. she got me discharged from the Russ hotel claiming I never prepared those 3 documents that me and Sara already read and signed.
