I came here because of a dare which lead me to eating magnets but when I came here I thought it would be the average hospital but no the nurses and doctors were super interactive and when I came out of surgery and was still recovering the doctors and nurses were super patient also I got a free Lego set
All of our peds nurses went above and beyond to make sure our child was well taken care of in a scary situation and made the whole experience more than comfortable. Surgery staff was above superior and everyone down the kitchen staff and house keeping had warm personality and was over all the best hospital experience we have ever had!
I took my son to the ER for some breathing concerns. I asked to be seen at the children’s hospital ER because the door to it was locked. They said that the children’s hospital ER was closed but that all of their nurses are trained in pediatrics so it doesn’t really make a difference. That was entirely WRONG. The nurses didn’t know what to do with my baby. I ended up taking my son to St. Joe the next time we had to go to the ER.
I just want to give a special thanks to all the staff in Building 4, Floor 5...Dr. Ski, Dr. Patel, Dr. Blue, Dr. Garcia, Dr. Sabir. Jaylin, Christina, Jassy, Katy, Sam, Tracy, Lorraine...very good care. Cassidy with the Child Life. Jasmine in housekeeping. Everyone who came in to do vitals. Nancy with the therapy rabbit, Josie! Sorry if I forgot to mention anyone. All of you made our difficult 7 day stay as pleasant as it could be, and I thank you. All of you are AWESOME!
Absolutely horrendous resident care, they have no problem looking at an emergency referral for a 4 month old and scheduling the appointment for 5 months down the road. Their staff are only there for a paycheck, they have absolutely no regard for the health and well-being of the children that they see.
