Tough, direct, no nonsense, thorough, you could tell he is a good teacher as well. Asked questions, answered any and all questions we had. A lot of medical professionals just see you as a number and attempt to rush through the situation, that was NOT the case here. My son was heard, considered and allowed input into the conversation. I would highly recommend and we specifically requested him for our follow up.
