I called the call center twice, and always had a difficult time getting information. Very wearing and tedious. The arrangement was fairly good, as I had consented to unopened lillies. However, it did not appear to have sufficient roses, and it was not sent in a basket, as pictured on the website--merely a cardboard container. I thought this was a local florist when I ordered, and was concerned to find out it wasn't.
