We just purchased a Wesley Allen iron bed spending thousands of dollars on it. When it finally arrived months later, it arrived with no instructions or fasteners. Bummer. It was like I was back living in the 1970s. I called their Customer Service number twice to request the bolts and instructions. Customer Service informed me I needed to inquire via email to an info email. After three emails where they requested pictures etc, they finally agreed to send a set out.
