I have never been a patient of this facility, rather accompanied my mother here for a small procedure. I love the fact that their waiting room is very quaint and cozy. I was able to spread out and get much work done while waiting for my mother's return. Their lobby was not overcrowded and it definitely stood out from the typical hospital setting where you're just brushed off to a particular area to sit and wait. Monica was very helpful.
