The staff at True North Hearing in Torrington were wonderful. They treated my 99 year old mother with respect and kindness. John took the time to explain everything that he was doing to do and made sure my mom understood. Thank you to John, Andrea and Cynthia for all your help. It was a great team effort.
Great experience! Highly recommend Andrea and team! We are from out of town and my 90yr old father’s hearing aid failed. I stopped in without an appointment and asked for help. The hearing aid was old and we had our doubts that it could be fixed. Andrea promptly evaluated and fixed the hearing aid while I waited. They are a great resource!
