They just tried to charge us $1,400 for an optical eye replacement. The part was $147 and took 10 minutes to install, i watched it. They tried charging us $233 an hour for overtime when it was during normal business hours. They tried charging us $233 an hour for DRIVE TIME! The kicker is that it was under warranty! Thankfully when I called them out on their predatory billing practices they admitted it was under warranty and canceled the bill.
Very clean and profession people and distribution center. Employees wen out of their way to help us with what we needed.
