We had a outdoor water spicket replaced. The bill came and we were charged 1.5 hours of labor. I called to ask why a half hour job costs us 1.5 hours. They told us it was the standard way they operate. Said they charge from the time the dude leaves the shop to the time they get back. Their shop is approx. 7 minutes from my house . The job took 1/2 hour tops. That equals 45 minutes./: Not good..and not happy!
