Especially when they sell the their home and see the equity and appreciation of their investment.
We bought our home from Wes People's in 2020 and closed in late 2021. I would say our first experience was a bit rocky, we weren't made aware of customization options or told we couldn't do things we found neighbors did, didn't have the best account experience, and likely no fault to Wes Peoples construction took longer than anticipated due to labor and material shortages occurring during Covid years. I had a good experience with Wes Peoples for my first home build. I love the home design and have a quality home, as verified by an independent inspector. For the very minor warranty items, they were very responsive. I would definitely work with them again.
