My wife called me from the road on a solo road trip from Texas through Florida while I was working in Pennsylvania to tell me that her brakes were weird. She checked the brake fluid and it was empty. Luckily she was close to a chevy dealership. Even luckier she was close to Wes Haney service shop. They quickly took care of the vehicle and got her safely on the road the same day. Took my 2023 Silverado ZR2 in for an oil consumption test after it lost 2 quarts of oil. The motor has a recall for replacement but I was told it passed the test. My concern is that when the failure does happen I will be on the road far from home as I travel great distances regularly. The recall should be done regardless of the outcome of their test. Just changing the oil viscosity, oil filter, and oil cap is not a fix. The repair should be done as it falls under the recall.
The service Department is awesome. Very courteous and helpful. The Parts department is also very thorough in making sure you get the right items. Overall just a great Dealership.
