Don't go here they are scams, and then they get mad when they have to fix your car, they will, " LIE " to you about the warranty that you get with the car, they are scams as well they will not fix your car they just taking your money like Wes Financial Auto Group does, they will LIE to you the whole time! Bought a used 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK and was told the car fax said it struck an animal but did not hit it hard enough to deploy the airbags or cause sufficient damage. 5 days later I took it to a Jeep dealership to have all the fluids changed and maintenance done and I find out that the air intake box has the nipple broken off and the intake tubing has a 6 inch crack! Wes Financial agreed on a price, came thru on their word and had the truck shined up and fluids topped off ready to roll the next day. Smooth transaction.
They called me said the car needed to be a serviced and waiting on a title. I never got a call back but I seen it posted a week later $600 higher.

Hello we are sorry, because of the epidemic and secretary of state closure we were unable to process titles. Legally we are unable to sell vehicles with pending titles. We also service all vehicles and go through a safety check prior to selling them. We are sorry, however we are just complying with company policy and the law.
I agreed on a price with a sales associate through text, and when I called to have them send a purchase agreement to my lender, I talked to the GM, who suddenly raised the price $800 and wouldn’t budge.

Drove an hour to test drive vehicle, upon leaving was told their was another interested buyer. Asked if we needed a deposit to hold vehicle, salesman stated no he’ll hold it till the end of the day. Contacted my credit union and had the salesman fax over bill of sale to credit union to write up the deal. Called dealer back in the afternoon to let them know I had a cashiers check for the vehicle, he informed me he sold it and it was no longer available.
