Big shout out to Brett ay Wersell’s. I had come in twice for tightening on my daughter’s handlebars. Brett was very helpful, and on the 2nd go ‘round I ended up test driving and purchasing a bike for myself. Brett made several adjustments and made sure everything was right for a comfortable ride. He was super friendly, patient- all the good things a salesperson should be👍🏽. Hard to find this type of wonderful customer care and service in 2020, but Brett went over, above and beyond. We made 3 separate trips to the shop looking for bikes but due to the pandemic, they were low on stock. Each time we were treated with exceptional customer service. Finally, today we were able to buy new bikes and we are very happy with the bikes and the customer service. We highly recommend Wersell’s for all your biking needs.
this past Monday. Son had a braces appointment in Sylvania, so went to bike shop a block east. Quoted $150 for a bike "build" even though Only the seat and handlebars needed to be adjusted, so I came to you -$76 dollars and some change. Thank you for your honesty and integrity.
