The people there are so friendly and helpful. I'm really glad that I went there looking 4 things for my trike bike lo and behold they had it. I will continue taking my service there.
I bought a bike their and it broke and they replaced it with a heavy duty one with out hesitation and when that bike was stolen they were very caring and helped me order a new one and they had all the accessories I needed to make my bike perfect for me.
I went to Wersell's for the first time this week. My neighbor always speaks highly of the shop. I ended up leaving with a "new" used bike that ive already ridden a ton, and a new bike rack. Brett was so helpful and patient and assisted me in assembling the bike rack. It was a wonderful experience. Also, it was nice to see so many people visit the shop only to find that they are longtime customers. A shop with loyalty like that, they've gotta be doing something right. I'll be back for sure.
Wersell's is awesome, superb service, personal & local. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for a bike, service or accessories.
