I'm in my 50's and never had a quality bicycle properly adjusted to fit me until yesterday that is. I bought a really nice Giant hybrid/comfort bike. My first ride was over 4 miles that may not seem like much to some, but to me it's amazing considering I haven't been on a bike in 20 yrs. My salesman name was Ben a very professional young man who knows his stuff. But every one I spoke to there was very nice and helpful. Thanks again Ben and the staff. I'm looking forward to a lot more miles.

I've had my bike for exactly 24 hours and I'm completely in love with it!
The customer service here has been simply exceptional, from the purchase experience (got a great deal on two bikes after taking many test rides) to a repair of a flat (two employees made a literal house call on a Saturday to come out and fix a flat for us at no charge two weeks after buying our bikes - talk about above and beyond!). Wersell's will definitely be my go-to LBS from now on! Can't recommend them enough.
