It’s a shame you can’t give zero stars. Pathetic service. The doctors don’t care about their patients and receptionist is a liar. They really need to learn what compassion and care is all about. Instead, all they care about is pumping 10 clients through the door in an hour. And if you ask for a longer consultation, the doctor says that you are waisting his time. They pump through people to make loads of money. They don’t care!!
I’ve been going to this practise on and off for 20yrs and over those years found all drs and staff courteous and even got to know them by name and they got to know my families but NOW it’s really shocking! hard to get an appointment, they have this horrible hi pitch answering machine thing that goes for ages you can not even leave a message😡 then when they do pick up sorry about this but you can not understand the receptionist, just very poor management of a once inviting Drs Group.
Been coming here since 1997. Love all the drs and staff. So helpful and caring.
They never pick up call. I had to call 20 times just to make an appointment, I never get to make one cause no one answered. Bad service.
