We were in need of a vet. We called their office and they told us to come in right away. The staff welcomed us in the parking lot. They took us in and their service was an A PLUS!!! They were so caring, loving, kind, friendly and compassionate. They took their time with us. They weren't out to make money on us. They just took care for our dog. Outstanding service!!!!
A great big shout out to Dr. Shearer, Scott, Shelly and Emily. Took our fur baby, Zoey, in last week for a routine check,shots and questions related to Boston terriers. Dr. Shearer and Scott found a mass/cyst and tested it immediately and told us it had cancer cells. Took Zoey back today for surgery and they went above and beyond for her and us! While she was out they noticed that she had a few loose teeth so they took care of that problem. We are so very happy with her care and their concern for her and us. I'm happy to rep... read more
Dr. Sherer and Shelly make us feel right at home. The pugs love going to the vet. Next to regular check ups, shots and occasional pug related issues we recently and successfully did their dental. Dr. Sherer and staff are knowledgeable in common concerns in the needs of our short snouted fur babies and there were no complications. If you want a vet and staff who is invested in your pets health and takes the time to do it correctly - then Dr. Sherer and staff at Werntz is the place to go.
Dr. Sherer is the best vet I have met in a long time. So kind, genuine and caring for my fur babies. Also and amazing staff who were very kind and helpful with me and my dog. I'm so glad I switched to this vet
