I took a mangled watch into them today to see if they could help. It's a new Coach watch that Dakota watch in Ross Park mall I thought ruined. Werner fixed it for me and was nice enough not to charge me. It's wearable now. Thank you so much, I will never take my jewelry anyplace else!!

They are the best! I had two rings that had been cut off when I broke my wrist years ago. I brought one in to be put in a new setting, but they suggested that I could save money by having them repair the ring, which I didn't think was even possible. I later brought in the second ring, which was actually in two pieces. They repaired that as well, and the set is better than it was when it was new.
Love them!
