Though it took 1 1/2yrs, 3 appts & 3hrs to get my recall fixed... the service was impeccable!!! They held true to their word and even washed & dressed my G80 inside & out!! Very professional! I have to give 10 's to amazing Ms Rhonda... without her dedication to customer service, this would not have been possible. Thank you, Rhonda... and thank you Werner Service Team!!!!!
I keep getting messages that my car is due for service. When I call they just say “oil change /tire rotation would you like to make an appointment?” I said There should be like a 60,000 mile or 63,000 mile maintenance performed and the only reply I got was “ you need an oil change tire rotation would you like me to make an appointment?” so I asked to have a service specialist call me back to find out answer to my question because I need to know what COST to expect and how many hours I will have to wait for my car and have he... read more
This place is ridiculous. Too long for service, they don't really care about you, forgot about making an appointment because they don't treat you any differently. Makes me want to sell my hyundai.
UPDATE: They didn’t even fix the problem I had when I brought the car in. See picture below. They just let me go with this big warning sign on the dashboard. Every time I bring my car here, I wait forever. This time it was 6 hours!!!! Then they charge me 4% for using a credit card. It’s not like your some small business that needs to pass on your CC costs to the consumer. Which by the way, they don’t charge you 4%. I bought a brand new 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe from them and within 3 weeks all the lights (check engine, abs, esc, etc) came on. The service advisor NEVER contacts me even after I’ve left several messages. I even called the service manager and he won’t call me back. I emailed the general manager and received a generic response that basically just says we hope you buy a car from us. No one will contact me about my brand new car that I’m still making payments on that is supposed to be getting repaired
