While the front office girl is very nice - my experience was less than what anyone should expect. I called in for a basic laser treatment that was expected to be $100-$200. When booking the appointment and asking for pricing, I was placed on hold for a good ten minutes and then waited for a call back to complete the process and go through the new patient set up. Incredibly Unprofessional This clinic has been a nightmare to contact. During the summer of 2025, I had an appointment that I scheduled and showed up for exactly on time only to find that the doors were locked and no one appeared to be inside . I called the main desk several times and no one answered, so I went home as I could not leave a voicemail. When I got home, I got a call from the clinic asking where I was. I was a patient here and was told I’d be able to call in for a refill. The doctor confirmed this at my visit, and the written notes even showed “1 refill.” However, when I recently requested one, the office refused, saying refills are only valid for a year. That limitation was never communicated to me in writing. The lack of clarity and consistency has been frustrating, and I’ve decided to take my care elsewhere.

I had a great experience at Defining Dermatology today. The staff was incredibly helpful and especially kind when it came to booking my appointment and handling my insurance—it made the process super smooth. Dr. Qutub was excellent! He took the time to recommend a couple of prescriptions and provided clear, detailed instructions so there was no confusion. I really appreciated how thorough he was. I’m looking forward to seeing the improvements and following up in 90 days. Highly recommend this place!

Nay is amazing and hands down the most friendly staff person I've ever encountered at a medical provider. From the moment I walked in, she went out of her way to make me comfortable and get all checked in. Dr. Qutub and staff were great too: they were receptive to my concerns and set me up with a treatment plan and follow-up. Highly recommend!
