I had a positive laser experience here but a very negative Botox experience
Dr. Qutub and the staff here are great! I have visited for multiple services since the clinic opened in 2018, and everyone has been pleasant and helpful. After one procedure, I was left with a prominent scar, and although my insurance turned out not to cover laser treatment, they even made it more affordable to me out-of-pocket so that the scar is now barely visible. Defining Dermatology is an excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Qutub and his staff are welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and the level of care is outstanding. I feel comfortable, well-informed, and genuinely cared every time I visit. I highly recommend DxD to anyone looking for a great dermatologist!
