Andy came out on a service call on Sunday evening ... Fathers' Day! He was professional, very pleasant and most of all he fixed our heat pump problem in a matter of minutes. Can't say enough about how pleased we were and our AC was back on in no time. He is a credit to your company.
Andy was on time, courteous and knowledgeable regarding what needed to be done. He was impressed with our 3-year-old system and found no problems with it. The homeowner's system performance report clearly stated what was cleaned, tested and adjusted adding to my good day to be off from work.5 star!
Our service tech, Nathan was courteous and knowledgeable. Once I explained our goofy setup he was able to figure out how to proceed and got the job done to our satisfaction!

RecommendedThe service technician, Andy, performed annual maintenance required. He was timely and efficient, as I hoped he would be. Nothing was found wrong. Since my carrier system is all of 15 yrs old, I had concerns about replacing the air handler, should it break down. He informed me that the new systems don't use the same freon (?) as mine, and that I would have to replace the entire system..(Nice to know).
