5 Star : My Experience I dealt with Chris through the whole process. He was always prompt with responding to emails. He was prompt in interactions with my ins and was very thorough with making sure everything broken on my vehicle was included in estimate. Once the approval was granted by my ins I expected it to take a few weeks to get back but not the case. It was like 1.5 weeks. I am very happy with the whole experience!
