They were able to quickly inspect my car, determine damages and coordinated with the insurance company in a reasonable amount of time. Communication was frequent and very clear. The owner seems to take a lot of pride in his shop and it shows. My car was fully cleaned inside and out when I picked it up! 5 Star : My Experience Car looks good and is running well. Chris Haynes was helpful and communicated well about the status of repairs. Not happy that I didn’t get the car for 50 days post accident, but I blame that mostly on Allstate, so I plan to switch. Any recommendations for an insurance company? Thanks, Joe
