Nicky Dawkins is the best doula I could ever ask for. She has taken the time to get to know me and my hubby and was very helpful and supportive throughout our journey. I had a hospital delivery and Nicky was a great support in helping me stick to my birth plan. She walked my husband through labor techniques which was amazing. After having a traumatic first birth I was determined to find me a doula and thankfully Nicky was available. She was very compassionate about being my Doula for my Vbac. she does a lot for the community by giving out informative information . I was just so grateful to have her in my presence for my prenatal care and also my labor. Whenever I decide to have my third child, Nicky will always be my first choice for a doula.
Nicky was such a dream to work with! She is super sweet, understanding and most of all honest with her craft. You can really tell she loves what she does by the way she presents the placenta encapsulation package. We were very happy with the pick up and drop off service. She even included a mommy bag that was very cute! We got the placenta pills a couple days after, a tinture and a balm as well as a painting of the placenta and a cord keepsake! Nicky is an absolute gem and I am so thankful our paths crossed. She is so kind, knowledgeable, understanding and offers such comfort and love when us mamas need it most.
