Horrible company to trust and rent from. The water heater broke and this company took two days to even get someone out to LOOK at the flooded house with me and my daughter. They then decided to replace the water heater before the restoration process begun. How did they deal with the renter?? I opted to move my personal belongings out while the floors were being repaired and we had an agreement that the moving costs would be credited to my account. The lack of transparency and experience dealing with WePartner as a management company was a nightmare. I’m not one to write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience to help others considering renting with WePartner Management. the amount of stress I have seen in on my friend’s mom trying to move out of 341 Baggett Circle was so dismantling to begin with. The house needs so much work and the company never actually even tried. I am so glad I helped her get saved from this terrible situation that she was put in. Let alone that she barely has any time or help to move out of this house that she has lived in here for 10 years. this company seriously needs a lot of new management and understanding on how to handle their customers.
Had a meeting scheduled with one of there realtors and she never showed. The address i was supose to meet her at was occupied and has been occupied for 2 weeks. When I called said realtor she was rude and never called me back.
