Excellent Customer Service Every time I visit the office I am met with smiling faces! The staff at Kraner Family Dentistry are always friendly and asking about my family. You would never know if anyone was having a bad day! It's very refreshing especially because going to the dentist is a little stressful some days! Dr. Matt always takes the time to explain what options you have as well as what he thinks would be best. Thank you for the AWESOME customer service Dr. Matt and staff!
I am terrified of dentist, like a lot of people. My front tooth fell out (previous issues with it) and I had no regular dentist since the last disaster one. This office got me in immediately, went over throughly several options for percent fix and sent me out of there w my tooth semi permanent back in so I didn't look like a fool. EVERYONE in the office was great!

The staff is friendly and welcoming, the office is fantastic, and Dr. Kraner is the best. I watched Netflix while I had my cleaning. All in all a great experience.
