Setup an appt to get contacts, and after 3 or 4 trips to this location, they still couldn't get something that would work for computer screens. Staff was friendly, but when prompted with actual troubleshooting questions and logic, their only response was for me to come in for a 3rd and 4th eye exam. The eye exam was just fine. Now onto the glasses.....I ordered a new regular pair and a pair of prescription sunglasses. When my glasses finally came in after two weeks, my sunglasses lens fell out as they were handing it to me. Said they’d send it back in. My regular glasses lens popped out the third day I had then when I cleaned them for the first time. So those were loose as well when I received them. Turned those back in today. RecommendedWe tried Wentzville Eye Center for the first time yesterday after being dissatisfied with LensCrafters for years and we loved it! The staff was awesome, great customer service, and very good with the kids. We will definitely be back!
Unless you have a month or more you want to wait for glasses, like overspending on them, and also enjoy getting the run around. Avoid this place! Just get a script and buy online, it’s cheaper and faster!
This place used to give you that friendly family feel. Not anymore! Go somewhere where the customer matters.
My experience in store with my eye exam was fine, however I’m still waiting on my glasses almost two weeks later and when I call to follow up all I get is attitude. I don’t think it should take this long!
billing total nightmare, cant be trusted,check other reviews, reported to state and bbb.
Was told twice my payment amount would only be 33.00 so i said ok. then later i was billed 50.06, then another bill came in for101.20 for a total of 151.26. The glasses have been made twice and still not right.Both companies billed i never heard of.It is very ape-rant to me that this place cant be trusted. i would go anywhere else but here.when i grew up i was taught that honesty was the best policy, but not here.
Terrible experience. Total frauds!
