They cut me a good deal on a part that was past it's return date and I appreciate them for that
They have the parts you need but this franchise owner sets prices at literally 300-400% markup on some products. If you need something in a pinch, fine, otherwise plan ahead and order elsewhere.
Charging 3x MSRP on parts (or 4x wholesale price). This is why everyone hates dealerships. Just really poor and rude behavior, and they don’t care at all
