Recently purchased a Silverado from your dealership. I live near Spencerport, NY and had been shopping for a new vehicle and had become a little frustrated with my experiences, either not the right product, salespeople with lackluster attitudes, no call backs etc. In fact I was a step away from purchasing a Ford truck even though I have always owned Chevy in the past. I noticed that Wentworth had the exact vehicle , color , and staff I was looking for.

I went to Wentworth motors today to purchase my first car, a Chevy Cruz. What a great experience. Tim Wearkley and the rest of the staff were so kind, and explained the paperwork in detail, I did not feel pressured at all. I left with a 2016 Chevy Cruz Lt satisfied. I will always be dealing with this dealership. Thank you so much.

There are not many dealers I would consider driving that distance to deal with, but the great service I always experienced with Bill Wentworth from his Mulkin Chevy days made me decide to contact your dealership.Salesman Phil Davis provided me with first class service from beginning to end of my purchase experience.

I am pleased with the Vehicle, and I was pleased with the buying experience thanks to Phil. In fact, it very much reminded me of buying my first Silverado back in 1977 from Bill Wentworth when buying a vehicle used to be fun!

On the way to our grand daughter's basketball game at Genesco, our truck began giving us trouble-slowing down on inclines. My husband saw the dealership from the highway and headed to the shop. Extremely cold that evening and did not want to chance driving back home (3 hours) with a "sick" truck. Fuel pump needed to be replaced. The personnel were all extremely helpful and courteous. Originally from Dansville, now in Ann Arbor, MI, we were traveling home for the holidays to visit family and had car troubles along the way. Lindy Mayer was very helpful and knowledgeable with our looking at new vehicles to try. The customer service experience was great, not "pushy" at all. The purchasing process and review of options with her assistance was good, and she took the time to help us set up the infotainment panel, etc., on the truck without rushing us through the sale. I have been a customer at Wentworth Motors for about a year now for repairs and routine service. I am extremely happy with the service I have received at this dealership. Holly who works behind the service desk is outstanding. I pulled in there a couple of mornings ago with my rear tire at only 23 pounds of pressure, in a snowstorm. Instead of making me sit around and wait she immediately brought a loaner car out for me so that I could go to work.
