AMAZING SIMPLY!!! AMAZING!!! From pre-admit to discharge!
I had a bad break of my ankle in July. The ED doc was amazing as was orthopedics. Now I'm up in the infusion center once a month. I can't say enough good things about the nursing, an all the deparemts there. They've made a rough summer turn out to be pretty good. Thank you for being a hospital that is there for its patients & their family. I specifically asked to be brought to WDH vs Maine Medical Center. I'm always treated like a human being not a paycheck.
I wanted to share that I was walking the beach in Plymouth Ma this evening and came across a teal colored balloon that read "Wentworth Douglas hospital" and was reminded that this was the hospital that my husbands grandparents spent there last days in.
Genuine, compassionate, professional, and personable staff. Clean facility. Comfortable atmosphere.
The walk in center is HORRIBLE! been sitting here for well over an hour in a room. Still have yet to be seen. My 3 year old is here to be seen with me and is FREAKING out. Completely rude staff. Horrible place to go. 2 seconds from walking out. Berwick walk in is so much better!
Okay so ive been here for two hours and have not been seen..there are serveral other's who have been here just as long. .. as it being my first time here i am not impressed, but i will say once i made it to the back room, the staff made me feel at ease and helped me through my situation
