DR.williams always kicks people out of the ER without taking care of there concerns. And has them escorted off the property by 3 security guards! He kicks them out before they even get past triage! He doesn't care if it's a heart issue or the fact that u have a catheter and feel like your being stabbed in your bladder and kidneys! He does t care he will tell u to leave and have u escorted off the property if u have major health issues/ if your a frequent flyer! Avoid wentworth Douglass!
Every time I come to this hospital whether it's for a broken ankle a cough or for my children always plan on a minimum of four hours and 3 1/2 hours of that is sitting doing absolutely nothing with no one checking in on you. Today I brought my son and for what I thought was a football concussion and they spent more time and tests on his knee which wasn't even the issue then his head. My daughter had her tonsils out on Tuesday here. Every person we encountered were wonderful with her and our family. I think it takes certain people to work well with children and make them feel comfortable in a hospital. From the time we checked in to the time we left it was a wonderful experience. I think that it is fantastic that you have a child life specialist on staff to help children feel comfortable and secure before a surgery. Allison was excellent!
I cant imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful!
Do not go to this Hospital, they will over charge you for everything! I have been a patient of GBMH and ever since they were bought by Wentworth, I have been over charged for my care. They sent me a bill for $104, for a 15min visit that used to cost $40! All you care about is money Wentworth! Frisbee Hospital let's me pay $5 a month per bill. What do you do?
