My wife & I (both handicapped) were at the Wound Treatment Facility (for the 1st time) yesterday. I was having an operation incision treated. Other than there being VERY LITTLE parking (handicapped or otherwise), we were very pleased with my treatment. Registering & waiting time were minimal, & we were seen right away by the nurse(?) Lynda, & Dr. Sen. who were both professional, caring, & friendly. I anticipate a quick recovery from a problem new incision/old scar area. Everyone in cardiovascular test area are great, from the time I got there to the end.
I waited way too long in the waiting room with a very sick baby
The people I had in the ER were fantastic and really showed lots of support
