There's never been a time where ive came to this walk in and haven't waited 2.5 plus hours. I understand they take emergency patients. But they are clearly short handed and it shows.

This place is terrible. Don't go here if you have a complicated condition. I have a herniated disc but my neck pain is "just allergies". I've had post nasal drip for over 5 years and it's "just allergies". The people here are a joke and the one good doctor on the PCP side won't/can't take on new patients even when they need more advanced care. Worthless.
I went in with my grandson for his own health issue and became a patient myself. Every clinical person that helped me and my grandson were amazing healthcare professionals. I am so happy this is the Urgent Care we went to. Forever grateful to all the staff.
