RecommendedThese apts are average and they are not a slum or the Ghetto like many refer to it. It just needs some polish and rent to decent people... There are good people out here.
They call it a slum it is not so if AJ would more picky on who he rented to folk would think better of this place the problem is the faulty people he has rented to there are many good people here that get a bad rating from the bad ones and you know who you are the ones that do not watch there kids dead beats sloppy ass people that do not follow the rules or common sense
