RecommendedThese apts are average and they are not a slum or the Ghetto like many refer to it. It just needs some polish and rent to decent people... There are good people out here.
The reveiwer below must have the wrong business? I was the property manager here for three years. The apartments are newly remodeled with dishwashers, wood laminate flooring, walk in closets, and washer/dryer hookups. If there was ever an issue the landlord (a very nice man who is not a mean old lady at all) took care of the issue right away. They call it a slum it is not so if AJ would more picky on who he rented to folk would think better of this place the problem is the faulty people he has rented to there are many good people here that get a bad rating from the bad ones and you know who you are the ones that do not watch there kids dead beats sloppy ass people that do not follow the rules or common sense
i lived here for a year and a half. these appartments are horrible. the "maintance" man that is there is dumber than a bag of rocks and was non-existant. the landlord was a mean old lady that would change rent on you whenever she wanted to. the appartments themselves were horrible and there are cockroaches in every appartment. if something went wrong then no one would come to fix it for about 2 months after you told them. there were holes in the walls and no one respected the fact that other people lived in the same building... read more
