I feel that... (Verified Renter) I feel that when a apartment community rents out the apartments with appliances included, they shall be in good conditions, not super rusty and parts missing. I reported it on the inspection sheet before even moving in.

I think the... (Verified Renter) I think the property is very affordable. I haven?t had any bad experiences and the area is safe and convenient. I would recommend because it?s affordable. I also feel a lot of things can be upgraded. Have a lot of old appliances that break down.
