Ehh.. Stairs are disgusting, too many wasps during the day next to stairs and too many bats at night. Back of neighborhood is the worst, you have to lock your car doors and make sure windows are all up because they'll probably steal whatever you have inside your car. Other than that, it's aight ??

The only negative... (Verified Renter) The only negative things i have tp say is outdated appliances like stove, fridge & air conditioner.. Other than that is too many car thieves and not enough parking since they are not assigned people would have 2 or 3 cars per apt not fair
