They are unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. My maintenance requests go unfulfilled for NECESSITIES, such as a working refrigerator, and functioning heat/air. I went 2 months without air conditioning during JUNE AND JULY 2020. I have been without heat since 12/25/2020 and its 1/9/2021 and VERY COLD. After bringing this to attention of management I WAS THREATENED WITH EVICTION. The maintenance team have REPEATEDLY lied on me, tried to charge me for work that was never done, and intimidate me by sending 2-3 men into my apa... read more

Management tries to use threats and intimidation of eviction when you bring awareness to faulty maintenance work and ignored work orders. The staff will lie to cover their incompetence, lack of professionalism and disrespectful unlawful behavior.
Its an affordable place to live in a great community
This complex looks cute from outside but inside is horrible. The stairs are dirty, management does not pay attention to the complaints: Like for example: its been almost 3 months that our mail box broke ( for 1 building ) , post office did gave them 10 days to fix it and nothing has been done so far. Our mail has been returned back to the sender for almost 3 weeks now, we are unable to receive any mail whatssoever. And guess what the employees keeps saying we do apologize nothing we can do . Ehh.. Stairs are disgusting, too many wasps during the day next to stairs and too many bats at night. Back of neighborhood is the worst, you have to lock your car doors and make sure windows are all up because they'll probably steal whatever you have inside your car. Other than that, it's aight ??
