Service with a Smile! I have dealt with the great folks at Weno Power Equipment for years and they are the best!I have had minor and major problems and they always come through and the prices are great, it's always a pleasure when the bill is low and the repair is done right the first time!!Very courteous and knowledgeable staff and the management isn't afraid to get dirty either!

Slow Service I took my Honda lawnmower in for service, while I did the usual maintenace of sharpening blades, oil changes, air filters and plugs myself it had been 5 years since the last full service. I was told they would have it done in two days which I thought was very resonable. It took four phone calls and two weeks before I got my mower back. They are close to my house but I won't stop there again.

Guess it depends on which service guy you get I recently brought in my Honda Tiller, which I purchased at Weno, because the recoil mechanism would not unwind. Judging from his countenance, the service guy obviously did not want to work with me from the start, he quickly stepped out from behind the service desk to take a look at the tiller. He turned it on its side and checked the oil. He declared that it had no oil, the recoil wasn't stuck, and that the engine was locked. He said I should purchase a new tiller because it wou... read more

Schizophrenic service! Last week I was given GREAT treatment and service, but got the evil service writer this time (no names, but his initial is R). My Stihl trimmer needed complete service after having Weno put it back together after I had messed it up. My mistakes were corrected so fast and courteously last time that I came back to Weno. (I had put the wrong kind of starter cord in it.) "R" took a glance at it, claimed I had old gas (gas was 3 days old), had water in the gas (again, new gas), and that the mechanic had put... read more

good service We took the lawnmower here for maintenance after it started hiccuping. They did a great job. It purrs again, just like brand new. Very busy on Saturday mornings!
