I have been to this place twice, frustrated I keep getting a half done pedicure. I get they need to get clients in but stop cutting my pedicures down. I asked to push my cuticles harder, she literally traced them so fast Im not sure what she was doing. Literally both visits 2 different ladies. I wish I could remember their names. My last pedicure she put the callus treatment on and didn't even wash it off after she scrubbed my feet. I go to this spot everytime I want to spoil my wife. Amazing.
I spent $68 ($10 was tip) on a pedicure, one level below highest. It lasted 30 minutes, it was basically removing polish on 1 nail and applying gel polish. She did no cuticle trimming/ pushing back, no foot scrub. Just callous remover on big toe & heel & almost no use of callous remover tool. No nail buffing, 2 minutes of light salt scrub, maybe 5 minutes max of hot stone massage of leg only. And there was no one waiting so no need to rush. Came as a walk in for a pedicure and I got sat right away. Everyone was very welcoming. My nail tech did an amazing job on my toes and the message was soooo good . The hot stones were so relaxing and I was offered a beverage. I can’t wait to go back!
First time I wet the service was AMAZING and I thought they did a great job didn't quite undertaker the price but I expected it. Second time comes around and it one of THE WORST pedicures I've ever gotten. She didn't scrub the bottom of my feet i can feel the dead skin and its been 2 days, didn't take the in growns out (main reason why I get a pedicure), didn't cut the dead skin around my nail, didn't cut my nails, and gave me no message.
