Went to this wendy's last night. And i thought it has changed but no. Bad customer service hardly no one spoke english ordered a vanilla frosty and got a differeny kind of frosty. ( why on the board it says vanilla if theres no vanilla)? One of the young employees had bad attuitude for no reason. All the empolyees were talking to each other. No no i kept my cool because i would have been mean back and thats not polite. Specially in retail i know how it feels. Please dont visit this one.
It was unbelievable how three employees were there looking at me, and I had to ask for help for someone to take care of me. They don't need this job!
