had my hopes up for a great sandwich, poor service had to wait 10 minutes for it, fry were soggy sandwich blah
Today, I was patiently waiting for my orders after told to park. My orders was given to the wrong customer. Then the woman came got the bags of food from them n give it to me. Of course I want a refund. I just can’t eat it after somebody already open n touch my food. They could have ask, what they ordered first then give the food.

There was a LIVE water bug crawling in my strawberry salad today ! I almost put it in my mouth . The manager said “it must of been already in the package because their store doesn’t have bugs” but idk how a bug can survive after being vacuum sealed and put in the fridge . I’ll never eat from them again !

Worst breakfast sandwiches ever. Put the wrong things on it and left the right things off. Disappointed.

I ordered a big bacon classic no onions. I received a single no onions no bacon. It was drenched with condiments and 1 mushed up slice of tomato and wilted lettuce. mind you I was there at 10:30am so lunch shouldnt be disgusting and wrong when you first start serving. Very disappointing!!$
On the kiosk it advertised 2 Spicy Chicken sandwiches for $5. They charged us $5 for each of the sandwiches. When we questioned them they said you had to specifically order the 2 for $5. Two weeks before this, we were shorted a burger on our order. Those kids in there are rude and it’s poor service. We will never go to Mayfield, KY Wendy’s again!!
