Yuck. Also the 1.99 kids meals aren't 1.99.....its after 5 and it cost me 3 something each. Also I got the 4 for $4 ...4 chicken and got a bacon cheeseburger. Which maybe just a mistake....and the cherry berry Tea is yuck too. Sorry Wendys....never again.
The baconator has 1 piece of bacon on it and the son of baconator had a half a piece on it. The frosty was like a milk shake that sat out for two hours prior to being sold. Not my cup of tea. I’ll never be back. The manager told me I was wrong I took pictures. You have issues when it comes to service.
Terrible drive-thru experience. They forgot our fries, no straws for our warm drinks, no napkins and the baked potato was old and soggy. Very disappointing and will definitely think twice about going back to this location.
Always good service, plus it ain't expensive like others. I will be back.
Horrible service!! I waited in the drive through for 20mins before someone finally spoke to us. The line wasn't even that long. Then I waited another 20 mins to get our food. Not only that but they didn't give us straws or spoons for our frosties, and messed our order up. Just horrible drive through shouldn't take this long with only 3 cars.
I LOVE Wendy's but my daughter and I were just in there and 'mikemike' and his Co worker were to busy talking about another customer to help us! We stood there for a good 5 minutes , no one else in the lobby while they ignored us! ���
Don't waste your time!!!' This location is horrible the manager Jenn is rude!! The order was wrong and no ice in machine when told order was wrong got ignored and said Next to me!! I guess manager forgets the customers are your PAYCHECK!!
I waited 7 minutes tonight for a salad and a small frosty. When she brought me the frosty finally it was over filled and ice cream oozed out of the sides and the lady in drive thru quickly handed it to me and shut the window before I could ask for more napkins. I waited for a moment and she just stared at me without opening the window again. Not good customer service!
Food was horrible. service was a joke you wait for ever for someone to take your order. Found stuff floating in my pop should be shut down
