Service from beginning to end was absolutely awful. I received my order incorrect numerous times. I received cold fries and nuggets numerous times. The last straw, I went to take my order back and have it remade because not only was the food missing items, it was cold. The cashiers response was “well what do you want me to do.” The manager working the night shift obviously didn’t care to much either because his attitude was very bad, so If I could give this Wendy’s 0 stars I would. Asked for a lettuce wrapped baconator, got a burger salad. Literally a burger thrown on top of some lettuce. Had to go back and ask for the bacon to be added. It won't let me attach a picture of my salad.
Worst location ever,manager on duty joy was the rudest person gave me and my wife an attitude and slammed the drive thru window in our face! Even called us bitches,,and everything was cold and stale!
I work at Wendy's... My boss had a great idea to celebrate family fun day. I dressed up as Wendy we played games with the kids and took pictures. Our kids meals where on special for 1.99 I hope we invite you all to join us again soon for our next family fun day!
