While Joseph was refilling the Coke freestyle machine, he went back behind the counter to fill a couple of orders. While he was back there, I asked him if he could refill my drink. He said that he was filling the machine and to wait. So because of him not taking 20 seconds out of his day to help a customer by using the drink machine behind the counter, he just cost his company a weekly customer. So store #00004868, 4560 N Rancho Dr, Las Vegas lost another customer for good.
I went in for my free Jr. frosty and I also ordered a large fry and 4 pc nuggets w/bbq sauce, the service sucked. Long wait to order and they forgot my bbq sauce and also that I was eating in. So they give me my stuff in a bag and I walk over there are NO napkins etc. so I ask for napkins and it took another min or more and I also asked for 1 pack of salt and they did not have any available. Learn to listen and not interrupt someone when taking orders. You may even get the order right if you do!
Get rid of the employees with shitty attitudes and this place would be fine
Just like any other fast food place. Food was as good as to be expected. The restaurant was clean enough. The staff was a bit rude, but didn’t hamper my experience.
Newly redecorated with new furniture.Very clean.Friendly staff and amazingly tasty chilli.Will go again soon.
