I have been seeing Dr. Ho for a few years. She is brilliant and took time to go through my chart and figure out a problem that my other doctors had not noticed. She is very thorough. I feel safe being in her care even though she might at times rush. She does the most beautiful job a physician can do.
I am submitting this review to prevent other patients from experiencing the same disregard I had from this doctor. My experience with Dr. Ho, is that she has shown a repeated pattern of behavior that proves a lack of empathy and an unwillingness to engage with patients at the most basic level of respect. Very poor bedside manner, rushed through the appointment looking at her watch. Seem to be unconcern with what I had to say. I am looking for a new doctor.
As a travel nurse at UCLA, I had the privilege of working with Dr. Wendy and was genuinely impressed by her expertise. Her thoroughness during colonoscopies, paired with her sharp focus on every patient detail, highlights her dedication to exceptional care. Dr. Wendy is a highly skilled physician, and I wholeheartedly recommend her!
The worst experience, I have ever had at a Dr’s appointment, Dr Ho was cold, arrogant and condescending. No bedside manner. She made me feel uncomfortable. She repeatedly tried to turf me out to different Dr’s. If she would have simply listened she would have that heard me say rheumatologist referred me to a gastroenterologist's. I will be transferring to a different provider.
