We loved working with Wendy! We first heard her name when she was recommended to us by three of our close friends in the Triangle area. We were first-time home buyers so she helped us to navigate the nuance of home buying. She was more than patient with our many questions. She works with promptness and integrity, and we would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Wendy is a fabulous realtor. I had to sell a property remotely and it needed work. She knew just how much to do without overdoing it and arranged everything. Throughout the process, she gave excellent advice and provided an incredible level of attention. Especially impressive since this was a condo, and was selling for a very modest price.
